Photography hot spots in Saigon

For street photography, Saigon is the heaven due to its crowded streets and vibrant city life.

For city landscape photographers, finding a good photography spot might be challenging, unless you have access to the top of the highest buildings. Two of the hot spots that I usually use for taking photos are marked below with the red arrows.

You can get there either through the underground passage (down left on the map – Ham Song Sai Gon) or from the other side, the Thu Thiem bridge (up right on the map – cau Thu Thiem).

However, there is a downside taking photos at these two locations.

The downside is that these two locations are heavily photographed so the photos you are taking there are probably not unique.

Definitely, for night cityscape, these locations are the best.

Also, the Thu Thiem Bridge is an ideal location to capture the sunrise.
