In order to express movement you have to use a verb of movement such as go, come, run, walk etc and a preposition of movement such as up, down etc.
Examples:
I run over the bridge.
The man went up the steps and into the house.
She drove out of the garage.
Notes:
Use “into” and “out of” only if there is a noun. (Examples: Come into my house; Get out of my car)
Use “in” or “out” if there isn’t a noun. (Examples: Come in, please; Go out; He went out.)
